Early this month, I declare the intention of God to grant us supernatural daybreak from this month and beyond. The Men of God that had spoken afterward have highlighted areas of particular attention for us to consider in order that we might enjoy supernatural daybreak.
Prophet Raymond has spoken on obeying God at all cost. Spoke on sacrifice, obedience and covenant as it relates to obtaining supernatural daybreak. Reverend Alexandra has only last week talked about commitment as a means of obtaining a new dawn from God.
Today, I’m led by God to speak briefly on the aspect of the favour of God as it relates to supernatural daybreak, having fulfilled the said above.
That is, after sacrifice, obedience, covenant and commitment, there is something called favour. May it locate you in Jesus name.
This church without any doubt is enjoying the favour of God. Most people still wonder how we got to where we are. Whenever some could not figure how, they result to downplaying or criticising. What most of them do not know is that though we are favoured, but it does not come cheap.
As a church, we give sacrificially: WEM, COF, First Fruit, African Mission, FOL, FOL Midlands, HG Convention, HG Congress, G.O Birthday, G.O. Visits, Pastors ahead of us, Members special days, Service refreshments, etc. are some of the areas we sow sacrificial seeds.
As touching obedience, we have steered the church towards this course. Regarding the word of God – we make sure we do not dilute or compromise. We strive to practise what we preach. We endeavour to obey specific and general instructions.
Regarding covenant, God made a covenant of uniqueness with us at the inception of this church. It was a struggle with the Holy Spirit for us to start. Eventually, when we submitted to the Holy Spirit and started, God said He will make us a city that is set upon a hill.
We were given the mandate to preach the undiluted word and observe a fast at the last week of every year.
Regarding commitment, it is something we embarked upon from the onset with great passion. This has rub on many within the church too. Things like punctuality, hospitality, giving, etc. are what we are committed to.
Do you want Divine favour for supernatural daybreak? Check your level of sacrifice. Check your obedience. Enact a specific covenant with God. Demonstrate total commitment to God’s work. He will be moved to favour you.
Daddy G.O shared a testimony before of a member that went to him and said, “I am about to attend the most important interview of my life”. The G.O then said, “Do you want me to pray for you?” The man said no, that Daddy should just say a word. So Daddy said, “It will be well with you”. The next day, the man ran back excited and said he got the job. He sat before a high panel and they only asked him few questions:
– What is your name?
– What post did you say you want? Deputy MD.
“When can you start? ASAP. “
Come tomorrow.
The man said, “Daddy, say a word again”. So, Daddy said, “The God who has started a good work in you will perfect it”. Getting to work the following day, the man was ushered into the boardroom again to face a high panel. They said after he left yesterday, something happened, their MD resigned. They then asked him, “Can you cope as our MD?”
I believe that was not an ordinary morning for him.
Such a supernatural day is coming to someone here in Jesus name. You will receive more than what you wanted in Jesus name.
As a child, there was one of such supernatural day I can recollect. My Dad served briefly in the Nigeria Army under the colonial power between 1939-1945. After the Second World War, many of the soldiers were discharged. So my Dad got a job with the Federal Ministry of Transport in the Western Region. Later, he was assigned to Oyo State Ministry of Works and Housing. As a child of God, it was a hard time for him. His colleagues and superiors wanted him to compromise his faith to falsify vehicle maintenance records, but he wouldn’t. So they punished him with lack of promotion. He was retired in 1978 as a Foreman.
But one bright supernatural day, days after his send forth from work, a letter was brought to him from his former office; he has just been promoted twice in retirement!
He was made a Higher Tech Officer and Senior Tech Officer together. The promotion backdated to eight months before his official retirement date!
They had to re-calculate his gratuity and pension again! I was young, but it was a supernatural day in our house. We had the privilege of drinking a bottle of Coke individually.
Whatever has been denied from you is coming back to you with increase in Jesus name.
– It establishes that God answers prayers.
– It denotes that weeping might endure till a night, but joy comes at daytime.
– Let the wicked join their hands in evil, God will always make a way of escape for His own. God is making a way of escape for someone here right now.
My heart is full of joy for 2014. One of the things that make me joyous is the statements God made to me at the beginning of this year.
He said, “Son, I will work for you this year. You have laboured too much in your first six years, last year I gave you a bit of rest. But this year, I will work for you”. Again, He said, “It appears you enjoyed a bit in 2013, but this year will be greater “.
Exodus 2:1-10 – And there went a man of the house of Levi, and took to wife a daughter of Levi. And the woman conceived, and bare a son: and when she saw him that he was a goodly child, she hid him three months. And when she could no longer hide him, she took for him an ark of bulrushes, and daubed it with slime and with pitch, and put the child therein; and she laid it in the flags by the river’s brink. And his sister stood afar off, to wit what would be done to him.
And the daughter of Pharaoh came down to wash herself at the river; and her maidens walked along by the river’s side; and when she saw the ark among the flags, she sent her maid to fetch it. And when she had opened it, she saw the child: and, behold, the babe wept. And she had compassion on him, and said, this is one of the Hebrews ‘children. Then said his sister to Pharaoh’s daughter, Shall I go and call to thee a nurse of the Hebrew women, that she may nurse the child for thee? And Pharaoh’s daughter said to her, Go. And the maid went and called the child’s mother. And Pharaoh’s daughter said unto her, Take this child away, and nurse it for me, and I will give thee thy wages. And the woman took the child, and nursed it. And the child grew, and she brought him unto Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. And she called his name Moses: and she said, because I drew him out of the water.
Moses was born at a time when he was to be killed immediately. But Divine favour of God preserved him. God hid him from conception through to childbirth. Away from the midwives and soldiers for the first 90 days of his life!
He was taken to the river, escaped water snakes only to be rescued by Pharaoh’s daughter of all people! Then it was his sister and mother that were asked by the daughter of Pharaoh to nurse him for a fee!
What a supernatural day for Moses parents!
– Their boy was still alive
– adopted into Pharaoh’s family
– To be nursed in the Hebrew tradition by themselves
Your ‘Moses’ shall yet be alive. That goodly thing you have shall not be lost. It shall not die.
The royalty of God shall be seen upon your life.
God Himself shall nurture you through life.
Throughout Moses life, the favour of God made him to stand out:
– He became one of pharaoh princes, … You shall forever be a prince of God
– did not die in the wilderness of paran… You will not die in the wilderness of life
– brought home by girls as a stranger and taken in by their father…you will be well received in life.
– given a wife without family introduction of bride price… Laws will be bent because of you
– spoke with God. …May God speak with you
– saw God physically. …May you see God
– Last of three children, but the leader. …you will not be pushed aside in life.
– enjoyed eternal pardon despite a grave error. ..May God secure your eternity
May the favour of God distinguish you for supernatural daybreak in Jesus name.
Prayers
Father, let those that have vowed to spend days without seeing the light in order to hurt my destiny never enjoy another day.
Father, let every padlock made on satanic altars against me, my family and business be destroyed.
Father, Incapacitate any wicked power that is working against those that are sent to help me. E.g. Daniel
Father, let the day be contrary to every mouth that is speaking and chanting evil against me, my business, my church or my helpers in Jesus name.
