In I Kings 19:1-4, Prophet Elijah erroneously thought his end had come when Queen Jezebel threatened to have him killed within the next 24 hours. Elijah took to his heels, and later asked God to end his life. God however helped to recalibrate his senses and ultimately his life, such that he was able to return to his Divine assignment and finish it in a glorious fashion (I Kings 19:5-21).
In Joshua 7:1-26, the Children of Israel sadly fled before their enemies (city of Ai) because of the sin of Achan. After their restitution, God gave Joshua a new strategy to defeat the same enemy. He told them that all the men of war should go to the battle, instead of the 3000 men that went before. He told them that some of the soldiers should lay siege behind the city, while some should attack it from the front as before. God told them that the frontal attack team should pretend fleeing from their enemy, once they have drawn the people out and away from the city, the soldiers that had lay siege should then attack the city, and thereby sandwiched their enemies in the middle (Joshua 8:1-29). It worked. Ai was decimated! No one was left standing. It was as a result of re-strategising brought by God.
In Luke 5: 1-11, Peter went out fishing on a particular night, but he caught nothing! As he was washing and mending his net, to call it a bad night, Jesus arrived on the scene. He borrowed Peter’s boat to preach from, after which He instructed Peter to relaunch his vessel again for a great catch, this time. While the time was against the norms of enclosing a great catch, Peter obeyed the instruction of Jesus, and he was shocked by the number of fishes they took in just one draught.

– God will help to revamp our Assembly as a whole.
– He will transform us to a better version of ourselves.
– God will enable us to yet make a new start in our lives and in our Assembly.
– He will make us to look like brand new in 2025.
– God will change our form to a more glorious and more attractive one.
– He will repackage, rebrand and reintroduce us to our world afresh, as a new, essential and desirable entity.
– God will refresh His power in us. He will reignite His fire upon us.
– God will supernaturally revive both the ‘dying’ and any already ‘dead’ aspects of our lives and our Assembly to become functional again.
– God will also teach us new strategies that will make our lives become better, and make His ministry in our care become easier to run this year.
