Our Ministries
Serve with Joy – Join a Ministry Today

At RCCG Everlasting Father’s Assembly, Leeds, we believe that every believer has a unique role to play in the body of Christ. Our church is home to several vibrant and dynamic ministries (departments), each driven by the passion and dedication of members who are committed to using their gifts in service to God and His people.
The Bible says in Romans 12:4-6 (NIV):
“For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us…”
Whether your talents lie in music, teaching, hospitality, prayer, administration, media, or evangelism, there is a place for you here. Each ministry provides an opportunity not only to serve but also to grow spiritually, develop leadership skills, and become more rooted in the faith.
We encourage every member, young or old, single or married, student or professional, to actively belong to at least one department. By doing so, you fulfil your God-given calling and contribute to the expansion of His Kingdom.
As it is written in 1 Peter 4:10 (NKJV):
“As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”
Worker Preparation and Training
All prospective workers undergo the RCCG Workers-in-Training Programme, which equips you with the biblical foundation, spiritual discipline, and practical tools necessary for effective ministry. If you have already completed this programme in another RCCG parish and have a valid testimonial, you will be exempted from repeating it.
This process is based on the biblical model of preparation before service. In 2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV), we are reminded:
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
Get Involved
There’s no better time than now to get involved. Ministry is not just about filling a role—it’s about fulfilling a divine purpose. We are the hands and feet of Jesus on earth (1 Corinthians 12:27), and together, we make a powerful impact for the Kingdom.
So what are you waiting for?
