Pastor Samuel Obafaiye

In Geography, there is what is called renewable and non-renewable resources. Renewable resources are natural resources that can be replenished in a short period of time. E.g. solar, wind, water, geothermal, biomass. Non-renewable resources however are natural resources that cannot be re-made or re-grown at a scale comparable to its consumption.

You are here, and you have consumed much of your resource more than what could be replenished, God asked me to tell you that He will breathe over you afresh.

What is that resource that you have expended? Is it Time? Energy? Money? Intellect? Relationship? Courtship? Marriage? May God breathe upon you again.

The blind man healed by Jesus in Mark 8:23-25. First seeing men as trees walking, Jesus had to touch him again. May Jesus touch you again right now.

Wind is a special renewable resource, no one can see it but it’s always there and very powerful.

John 3:7-8 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again. ’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

Wind is unstoppable and cannot be tamed. May your progress be unstoppable. May power of evil and darkness not be able to tame you. Samson was tamed to a point in his life and later became more dangerous. May you be forever dangerous to powers of darkness. May your lion not start barking as a dog in Jesus name.

Ecclesiastes 1:6: The wind blows to the south and goes around to the north; around and around goes the wind, and on its circuits the wind returns. Wind travels in an unending cycles.

May your life not suddenly come to an end. You will end well in God. May people that are waiting for your disgraceful end be totally disgraced themselves.

Eccl.11:5:- As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the baby is formed in the mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things.

Wind is unpredictable and hard to understand. May the world not be able to catch you out. Jesus always slipped from the people’s hands. May no one be able to pin you down in Jesus name.

There is a wind that is even more powerful. It is called the “breath of God”. May God’s breath come upon you again.

Genesis 2:7: Then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature. Without this breath, man is back to dust.

Our state as a living being is a product of how long of this breath is accorded to us.

The good news is that this breath can be extended at God’s will.

The story of Hezekiah came to mind. His breath was to be withdrawn at 39 years. But God later extended it to 54years (2 Kings 18:2; 20:6).

There is someone here; God says I should tell you that He has just extended your breath. The enemy has planted something in the near future to shorten your breath. I have removed the obstacle and I have further extended your breath, God says. To another person, He said the breath of your loved one has just been extended. The person is gravely sick. God has just given an extension to their breath.

When Jesus was on earth, He was the breath and strength of His disciples. They were always hiding behind Him. So that when He was leaving, as an interim before the baptism of the Holy Ghost, Jesus transferred power on them through His breath.

John 20:21-23:- Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.” And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you withhold forgiveness from any, it is withheld.”

Also when the day of Pentecost came, the disciples received power and were able to do signs and wonders. After much persecution, they had to go back to God to grant them more boldness to preach, and also power to do more miracles. God had to send His Holy Spirit to fill them again!

Acts 4:31

And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.

Are you wearied? Are you tired in anyway? Are you been bored of life? Are you pressed beyond measure? Do you actually feel burnout? May God will refill you again in Jesus name.

Elihu declared in Job 33:4 that the Spirit of God had made him; and the breath of God had given him life. It is one thing to be made; it’s another thing to be alive. There are many things God made that are not living. Stones, water, rocks, etc. may you not be one of them. May the breath of God make a difference in you.

In Ezekiel 37:1-14, God took prophet Ezekiel to the valley of dry bones to explain the situation of the people of Israel. He prophesied that their dry state will come back to life. After adding tissues, flesh and skin to them, they still needed the breath from the four corners of the earth to become a living strong army. So God proclaimed “I will cause breath to enter into you again”.

I bring the same word to someone here; God will cause His breath to enter into you again!

He will empower you. He will cover your nakedness. He will remove your reproach away from you.

Prayers

Almighty Father, breathe afresh upon me.

Almighty Father, breathe upon the works of my hands.

Almighty Father, breathe upon Everlasting Father’s Assembly.
