Relaunch can be defined as to start again, or to introduce something again as though it were something new. It can also be a new attempt to sell a product or service, often by advertising it in a different way or making it available in a different form. Other words for relaunch are: reopening, reintroduce, renew, reissue, repackage, reestablish, rebrand, refresh, re-ignite, revamp, revive, redo, recommission, etc.
The re-launching of a product or service will be necessary for a number of reasons:
– When the product or service has been going on for a long time and efforts are being made for it not be forgotten in the hearts of men.
– When a product or service is being introduced to a wider range of consumers or different target audience.
– When a newer version or model of the product or service is being introduced to into the marketplace.
– When the profit from a particular product or service is not up to what it is intended or expected to be.
In any rate, the relaunching of any product or service is geared towards increase, profitability and success.
In Luke 5:1-11, the Bible tells us that Peter went out to catch fish with his brother Andrew, together with some of their friends (James and John). They tried all through the night and caught nothing.
In the morning as the they were mending and washing their net, Jesus appeared on the scene,He asked Peter to lend Him his boat to teach the people. Jesus sat on the boat away from the shore, so the crowd would not press on Him.
Even though, Peter must have been tired and frustrated by working all night with no success, yet he agreed. At the end of Jesus teaching (which we do not know how long), Jesus asked Peter to relaunch his boat into the deep, cast his nets in order to catch fish!
Peter made Jesus to understand that they had laboured all through the night, (which was the best time to catch fish), but caught nothing. But he would comply and launched out because Jesus said so.
To their amazement, they caught lots of fishes, that the two boats that carried the huge draught to the shore almost sank.
When Peter saw this, he was shocked. He realised he was dealing with a holy person. Jesus then offered an invitation to the team to become His disciples, and they left all the fish and followed Him.
In this sixth month of June and beyond, the Almighty God will assist us with the relaunching of Everlasting Father’s Assembly. God will start us afresh. He will reintroduce us to our world as a new entity. The God of Creation will design and execute new strategies to ‘sell’ us to our world. The Lord will use His holy angels to re-advertise us in a special way, and make us available to mankind in a better form. The Lord will re-package, rebrand and recommission us to serve our society in a better way.
The Lord will refresh the minds of people regarding our Assembly. We will not be forgotten by angels and men. The Lord will expand our yield and impact. God will reintroduce a newer version of us to the entire world. He will increase our productivity and success as a ministry, in our families, and as individuals.
The Lord will make our increase, profit and success to become staggering, astonishing and unbelievable. May the Lord, the God of Israel do these and many other amazing things in our lives and in our midst this year and beyond in Jesus mighty name.
