What is transfer?
The movement of something or someone from one place, position, etc. to another. To move something from something to something; or to be transferred from something into something;
What is transition?
The process or a period of changing from one state or condition to another; a change from one form or type to another; or the process by which this happens; a change or shift from one state, subject, place, etc. to another.
Life is not constant, it keeps changing. For example, when a child is born, the child enters into a transfer or transition period from one state to another. The child transits from newborn to infancy, to toddler, to early childhood, to middle childhood, to pre-adolescence, to early adolescence, to late adolescence, before maturing into a young adult, and so on.
Within these transitional stages, there are specific developmental processes that the child will experience. There are physical developments, cognitive developments, language and communicational developments, and socio-emotional developments that the child must experience to become a matured adult and well balanced individual.
All through these stages, different institutions will help the child to transition properly from one stage to the other. For example, the institution of family, of school, of church, etc all play huge roles in ensuring that the child’s transfer is above expectations, or at least satisfactorily (Prov. 22:6).
However, a child that enjoys Divine assistance for transfer will not only experience good developmental transitions and perform above expectations, but he/she will become a wonder to their world (Dan 1:17-20).
The life of Mordecai in the bible was a special one that demonstrated the Divine assistance of God for unusual transitions. Mordecai was an Israelite captive who had settled in Babylon. He was privileged to be employed as a security guard at the entrance to King’s Xerxes palace. A rare position that must have been engineered by God.
He was smart, intelligent, very observant, wise and most importantly, a godly man. He understood the importance of strategic relationships. He formed a close relationship with some of the king’s eunuchs, which later proved to be very beneficial to his life and the rest Jews (Esther 2:21-23).
In the course of his career, because of his belief as a Jew not to bow to a man, except God, he became a target of Haman, who was the Principal Officer to the king (Esther 3:1-3).
Haman took Mordecai’s refusal to bow to him as more than a cultural practice, but a personal insult, and because of that, he decided to kill every Jew in the 120 Provinces of Babylon (Esther 3:4-15).
God however granted all the Jews assistance for transfer from death to life. He also granted Mordecai transfer from a Security Guard at the king’s gate to the Prime Minister of the entire provinces of Babylon (Esther 10:1-3).
The Almighty God has impressed it upon my spirit that this month of December shall be a season of Divine assistance for glorious transfers and transitions for all of us. God says our developments so far in the year shall be crowned with a glorious ending this month. We will not just perform beyond expectations, but we will become a wonder to our world.
God will connect us with strategic relationships who will be beneficial to our lives and destinies. God will grant us transition from mere living to living in abundance. The Lord will scatter any plan of death programmed for us by any power. The Lord will transfer us from ‘sitting at the king’s gate’ to ‘sitting in the palace’. The Lord will remind those whom we have done favours in the past to now remember us for rewards and compensation.
The month of December will end on a glorious note for us. Instead of despair and sadness planned for us by the enemy, this month shall be a time of celebration and jubilation for us and our families. God promise is that He will transition us into a glorious and wonder filled year 2026. May the Lord of Hosts make all these to happen for us all in Jesus mighty name.
